Definitely rotavirus. Poor baby... every diaper change he screams so hard his body shakes. His poor skin is so raw, but he's doing better.
Slightly better at least.

Poor guy. I sure hope he's well on the road to recovery now and that his tender hindquarters aren't quite so tender any more :-(
